yesterday i had the most amazing party ever! all my family and friends have gathered to celebrate my graduation. finally i got home at 5 am and i was so happy. this is a poster i made with my dad so that people would find the place the party was hold at. my dad photographed me and together we designed the poster. it wasn't supposed to look like che guevara that much, but anyway i love it.
the andes mountain range seen from the plane, and me and my love.
i'll move to santiago de chile (15.000 kilometers away from here) in a month, and this time i bought only a one-way-ticket. that's where i'm going to live, study and love for the next six years, at least, who knows what we'll do then. it's been a year and a half since i left my love in the other side of the atlantic and seeing each other twice a year isn't quite enough.
i still can't completely understand that i'm actually leaving my home country, my family and friends, in just one month. i'm excited about all the new experiences that are waiting for me in chile, and hopefully in the other latin american countries too. i'm going to study something closely relative to photography in a university, but i prefer to give you more information further on. now i'm in the middle of all the paper work it requires to move to another country, and slowly starting to prepare myself and my stuff to be removed there. i can take only very few luggage with me so i've already sold lots of stuff to my friends and in a flea market.
one thing is sure, i'll keep taking lots of pictures and posting them here, so, don't worry about that.
today it's my birthday!! i'm turning nineteen. in the morning i woke up when a beautiful picture, i bought from wonderful dara scully, arrived. what an amazing birthday gift it was! i wish you're all having a great day!
today i finally had a chance to develop a new film. i love the moment i get out of the photo store and finally can open the envelope which contains pictures nobody has ever seen. i really have a huge lack of patience for waiting to get my pictures developed...
i've a new laptop and it's just so great, way faster than the old one! it even has a camera which i've been overusing lately. today i was interviewed in the news paper about graduating from the college and how i feel about special arrangements some students get in the final exams if they're having some difficulties with reading and writing. it was kind of fun!
photos from the photo shoot i had with my friend maaria. i used both of my cameras, digital and film ones. these pictures were taken by the film camera. i'll post the ones i took with the digital one soon. they look completely different and personally i prefer the colors and atmosphere in these ones.
